CVOA Board Meeting Set for Aug. 14
Board to discuss clubhouse plans, tax issues, homecoming and more
CVOA President Cynthia Pernice has scheduled the meeting from 3 to 5 pm Aug. 14. The location will be announced at a later date.
The agenda includes:
- Board Insurance-Cynthia
- Tax Status-Peter
- Club house plans, costs, etc - Peter and members of building committee
- Stocking fish pond at outdoor center - Neal
- Homecoming activities - Chris
- Website online registration - Cynthia
- Discussion on CVOA mission and vision re: fundraising activities and profit vs. break even on events.(this is tied to club house discussion. We have lots of money in the bank. If we do not move forward on building, what do we do with $$)
Range Activities
- Range income and outlays for last few years - Peter
- Plan for raffle - John and or Sherie
- Rifle Range brochure - Sherie
- Review range activities to date
