CVOA
is Going to Aspen, Colorado
January 28 - February 4, 2012
We enjoyed our ski trip to Aspen, Colorado
in 2009 so much that we are going back to the steeps, deeps, cruisers and groomers!
The ski package
The cost of the trip this year, based on 48 travelers, is $1,589 if paid by check and includes the following:
- Roundtrip
charter bus transportation (including bus driver gratuities) from Portsmouth, NH
to Boston’s
Logan
airport
- Free
parking at the C&J bus terminal in Portsmouth, NH
for the week that we will be away
- Roundtrip
airfare on United Airlines nonstop flight between Logan airport (BOS) and Denver (DEN)
Saturday, January 28th - leave BOS at 7:45AM arrive DEN at 10:33AM
Saturday, February 4th - leave DEN
at 1:00PM arrive BOS at 6:50PM
- Paid baggage
fees for two bags for each person. Two bags are defined by the airline as a
ski bag and boot bag, which are counted as one bag, and one other checked
bag.
- Roundtrip
charter bus transportation (including bus driver gratuities) from the Denver airport to Aspen, Colorado
where we will be staying at Snowmass Mountain.
- 7
nights accommodations for groups of 6 in 3 bedroom / 3 bath condominiums
at the Villas at Snowmass Club.
- 5 day
ski ticket that can be used at Snowmass, Aspen,
Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk mountains.
You can ski at one mountain all the time or any combination of mountains
that you would like to ski on. (Option to purchase an additional day of
skiing for $65)
The
deadline to sign up for the trip is July
15th
This year we are not limiting the
size of the group that can go on the trip. We expect to have even more people
on this year’s trip than we had last year. Last year there were 43 on the trip.
The trip price is based on a minimum of 48 paying passengers signing up for the
complete ski trip package.
Ski
trip deposit
It is very important for you to
send your $100
per person deposit as soon as possible (but definitely before the July 15th deadline) so that
we can determine how many people will be going and make any necessary

I
hope to hear from you soon!
It may seem early to think about
next year’s trip to Aspen
but because of the need to get the trip together before July
15th it is really important to talk with your friends
and form groups of six people who will share a condo together. After you
identify your group please indicate who you will be sharing a condo with and
send this information to me, along with your deposit check of $100 each made
payable to CVOA. For several of the condos where groups of six have not been
identified, other people that have signed up for the trip will be assigned to a
condo.
Have a great day and always think
SNOW!!!
